How your project with Trusty runs
Transparent: which documents you sign, what we do every day, how we report and what it costs. No "just trust us" — everything on paper and in the reports.
Three phases, ~30 days, zero surprises
This is what the whole project looks like. Below — every phase step by step, with the documents, the schedule and the reports.
- A Telegram chat
- Brief and goal
- Card audit
- A plan in 1 day
- Agreeing the details
- Cost and media plan
- Contract and annex
- Invoice for the goods
- Invoice for the services
- Promotion starts
- Pickups along the routes
- Reviews and behavioral signals
- Summary report
- Purchase-level breakdown
- Positions 5×/day
- Goods handover statement
- Final closing statement
- Budget returned
5–7 days before the contract is signed
Before you pay a single rouble, we do six things. You end up holding the plan, the media plan and the document templates.
A Telegram chat
One chat per project. The PM is available 10:00–19:00 Moscow time. Links to the plan, the reports and the documents are pinned.
We set the goal
Lift sales, get ready for the season, push a new product, bury negative feedback or build up reviews. We work from your brief or draft the plan ourselves.
Card audit
We find the problems in content, positions, SEO and reviews. 98% of cards have 2+ target queries the product simply does not show up for.
A plan in 1 day
Analysis of positions, keyword volume, stock levels and revenue in the niche. A plan built around your budget and goal. The recommendations come from practitioners across 200+ niches.
We agree the details
Period, expectations, a measurable result. How many reviews and in what format. Who collects the goods from the fulfillment center. Everything worth putting in writing.
Final cost
A media plan in three parts: the cost of the services, the budget for the goods (returned through the marketplace) and the amount credited back to your balance.
Six documents and the project launches
No "we agreed it in the chat". Everything on paper, over EDI, with the standard set of amendments your lawyer will want.
We launch the day after the invoice is paid
Here is what a typical project day looks like. Orders run almost round the clock, pickups follow the routes, behavioral signals never stop.
How to collect the goods after the project
Every bought-back item arrives at our partner fulfillment center. Once it is all in, you get a notification in the chat. From there the fulfillment center delivers to your warehouse, or you collect it yourself.
Compensation at cost above 5%
The marketplace sometimes hands out the wrong item, or the item gets damaged in logistics. Anything above 5% of the volume we compensate at cost. It is written into the contract.
Not "bots" — digital personas
Every purchase comes from an account with a real history and real behavior. To the marketplace algorithms they are indistinguishable from genuine shoppers. That is what guarantees the buyout counts and the review goes through.
Three levels of reporting — for the owner, the analyst and the team
The sheets are online and update through the day. The owner summary lands in the Telegram chat once a week.
Summary report by product
- Project status for every SKU
- Plan vs. actual: ordered / bought back
- Money spent, itemized
- Reviews left and average score
Detailed report
- Status of each purchase
- Date, receipt, SRID
- Screenshot of the review

Position dynamics
- Wildberries: keyword positions and how they move
- Ozon: positions BEFORE and AFTER the project
- Visibility, add-to-cart, conversion
- Access to the sheet, updated live
Delivered to spec, on time, with no penalties
- Buyout + the product itself + ads
- Payouts to contractors on top
- No guarantee the purchase runs on your keyword
- Dozens of team hours spent on supervision

They are delivered to our partner fulfillment center. Once everything is collected, you get a notification in the chat. From there the fulfillment center delivers to your warehouse, or you collect it yourself.
Is all the paperwork on paper?+
No, everything goes through EDI. You can review the contract and annex templates before signing — the manager will send them over.
