This document describes the procedure for offering the services of Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «ТРАСТИ» (ООО «ТРАСТИ», ИНН 7734413999, brand "Trusty", hereinafter — the "Contractor") published on the website trustyone.pro and in the Services related to it.
1. Status of this document
This document is not a public offer within the meaning of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Information on the Site about the composition of the services, indicative packages and prices is provided for information purposes only.
All services of the Contractor are rendered on the basis of individual contracts concluded after the scope of work, deadlines, KPIs and cost have been agreed.
2. Free services
The free AI analysis of a Wildberries product card at trustyone.pro/forseller/ and the Telegram bot @TrustyAIasist_bot are provided on an introductory basis. Receiving a free report does not oblige the User to conclude a contract with the Contractor.
The free report is advisory in nature. The Contractor does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of its conclusions in every individual case and is not liable for the User's decisions taken on the basis of the free report.
3. Procedure for concluding a contract
To conclude a contract, the User submits a request through the forms of the Site or contacts the Contractor using the details given below. Following the negotiations, the parties agree on:
- The composition and scope of the services
- The delivery deadlines
- The cost and the settlement procedure
- The target indicators and the reporting procedure
- Other essential terms
The terms are recorded in an individual contract signed by both parties. Until the contract is signed, no obligations to render services arise between the parties.
