Privacy policy

This Policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the "Policy") governs the processing of the personal data of Users of the website trustyone.pro and the services related to it, including the free AI analysis of Wildberries product cards at trustyone.pro/forseller/ and the Telegram bot @TrustyAIasist_bot (hereinafter — the "Services"). The owner of the Services and the personal data operator is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «ТРАСТИ» (ООО «ТРАСТИ», ИНН 7734413999), which uses the brand "Trusty" on the Services (hereinafter — the "Operator").

The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter — the "Law") and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.

By using the Services and leaving their data through the forms of the Site or the Telegram bot, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and gives consent to the processing of personal data on the terms described below.

1. Terms and definitions

  • Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific natural person (the personal data subject).
  • Operator — ООО «ТРАСТИ» (ИНН 7734413999), which uses the brand "Trusty" on the Services, which processes personal data and also determines the purposes of the processing, the composition of the data and the actions performed with it.
  • Processing of personal data — any action (operation) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
  • User — any natural person who visits the Site or takes part in interaction with the Operator's Telegram bot.
  • Cookies — small files saved by the browser when the Site is visited, containing technical data about the session.
  • Telegram bot — a software service in the Telegram messenger through which the User receives the results of the free AI analysis of a Wildberries product card as a PDF file.

2. What personal data is processed

2.1. Data provided voluntarily by the User

  • The User's name or other designation
  • Telephone number
  • Email address (if the User has provided it)
  • Telegram username and numeric Telegram identifier (Telegram ID) — when interacting with the Operator's Telegram bot
  • Information about the product card (Wildberries article number) or the business which the User provided when using the Services
  • The content of correspondence or of messages sent through the forms of the Site or the Telegram bot

2.2. Data collected automatically

  • The User's IP address
  • Type and version of the browser, operating system, device
  • Referral URL (the page the User came from)
  • URL parameters of UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)
  • Date and time of the visit, pages viewed on the Site
  • The User's actions on the pages (clicks, scrolling, filling in forms) — in depersonalized form, via analytics systems
  • Cookies and similar technologies

The Operator does not request and does not process special categories of personal data (racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, state of health, intimate life) or biometric personal data.

3. Purposes of the processing of personal data

The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Handling the User's requests and inquiries sent through the forms of the Site or the Telegram bot
  2. Providing the User with the results of the free AI analysis of a Wildberries product card as a PDF file via Telegram
  3. Providing information about the Operator's services, preparing commercial proposals
  4. Contacting the User by telephone, email or via messengers for consultations and clarifications
  5. Concluding and performing contracts for the provision of services
  6. Analyzing the quality of service and improving the operation of the Services
  7. Web analytics: collecting depersonalized statistics on visits, traffic sources and user behavior
  8. Sending advertising and information materials (only where the User has given separate consent)
  9. Fulfilling the obligations established by the legislation of the Russian Federation

4. Legal grounds for the processing

The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • The User's consent to the processing of personal data, obtained when filling in the forms on the Site or on first contacting the Telegram bot (Art. 6(1)(1) of the Law)
  • Performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of the Law)
  • Fulfillment of the obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation (Art. 6(1)(2) of the Law)

5. Processing and storage periods

The Operator processes personal data for the period necessary to achieve the stated purposes, but for no longer than:

  • 3 years — for data obtained within contractual or pre-contractual relations
  • Until consent is withdrawn — for data obtained on the basis of the User's consent
  • 26 months — for technical data (cookies, session identifiers), per the defaults of the analytics systems
  • 12 months — for logs of interaction with the Telegram bot and the history of requests for a free AI analysis

Once the processing period expires, or after consent has been withdrawn, the Operator destroys or depersonalizes the personal data within the period established by the Law.

6. Transfer of personal data to third parties

The Operator does not sell and does not transfer the User's personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. The transfer of individual data to third parties is possible in the following cases:

  • Web analytics systems: Yandex.Metrica (ООО «Яндекс», Russia) — depersonalized statistics on visits
  • Hosting providers and infrastructure services: to keep the Services operational. The Operator's servers are located in the territory of the Russian Federation
  • Telegram Messenger LLP: when the Operator's Telegram bot is used, individual data of the User (name, username, Telegram ID, text of messages) is transferred via Telegram's servers. By sending a message to the bot, the User voluntarily uses the functionality of the Telegram service and agrees to Telegram's privacy policy
  • At the request of authorized state bodies — in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation

All third parties to whom data is transferred are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to use the data only for the purposes for which it was transferred.

7. Cross-border transfer

The Operator does not carry out any targeted cross-border transfer of personal data. All databases containing personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located on servers situated in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Art. 18(5) of the Law.

Should a cross-border transfer become necessary, the Operator will notify Roskomnadzor in advance in the manner established by Art. 12 of the Law.

8. Personal data protection measures

The Operator applies the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination and other unlawful actions, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Identification and authentication of the subjects and objects of access to the personal data information systems
  • Managing employees' access to data on the principle of the minimum necessary permissions
  • Anti-virus protection and software updates
  • Logging of security events and monitoring of data protection
  • Backup copying of the databases
  • Internal regulations for working with personal data and staff training
  • Appointment of a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data

9. Rights of the personal data subject

In accordance with Art. 14 of the Law, the User has the right to:

  • Receive information concerning the processing of their personal data
  • Demand that the personal data be updated, blocked or destroyed if the data is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time
  • Demand that the processing of personal data be stopped
  • Appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or through the courts

To exercise their rights, the User may send a request in free form to the email address info@trustyone.pro, stating their full name, contact details and the substance of the request. The period for considering an inquiry is 30 days from the date of receipt.

10. Use of cookies

The Site uses cookies to ensure correct operation, to save user preferences and to collect anonymous statistics. Cookies do not contain information that makes it possible to identify the User personally.

Types of cookies used:

  • Technical (necessary): ensure the basic operation of the Site
  • Analytical: Yandex.Metrica — analyze the behavior of visitors
  • Functional: store the consent to data processing and display preferences

The User may disable cookies in their browser settings at any time. Some of the Site's functionality may then work incorrectly.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without prior notice to Users. The current version of the Policy is always available at trustyone.pro/ru/legal/privacy. A new version enters into force from the moment of its publication.

The User is advised to check the Policy periodically for changes. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made means that the User agrees to the new version.
