Terms of service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the conditions for using the website trustyone.pro, the free AI analysis of Wildberries product cards at trustyone.pro/forseller/ and the Telegram bot @TrustyAIasist_bot (hereinafter — the "Services"). The Services are owned and provided by Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «ТРАСТИ» (ООО «ТРАСТИ», ИНН 7734413999), which uses the brand "Trusty" on the Services (hereinafter — the "Contractor").

By using the Services, the User confirms their agreement with this Agreement and with the Policy on the processing of personal data. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Services.

1. Terms and definitions

  • Site — the internet resource located at trustyone.pro, including all its sections, pages, subdomains and services.
  • Telegram bot — @TrustyAIasist_bot, a software service in the Telegram messenger through which the User receives the results of the free AI analysis of a Wildberries product card as a PDF file.
  • Contractor — ООО «ТРАСТИ» (ИНН 7734413999), operating under the brand "Trusty", providing services in the field of promoting product cards on marketplaces.
  • User — any natural or legal person who visits the Site, uses the Telegram bot or applies for the Contractor's services.
  • Services — the Contractor's activity in the field of promoting product cards on the Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market and other marketplaces, including SEO optimization, behavioral factors, buyouts by keyword, review management, reduction of advertising costs, AI analyses of product cards and related services.
  • Request — a message from the User sent through the forms of the Site or the Telegram bot, stating contact details and describing the inquiry.
  • Contract — an individual contract for the provision of services concluded between the Contractor and the Customer following the negotiations.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Agreement defines the conditions for using the Services and the procedure for interaction between the User and the Contractor before an individual Contract for the provision of services is concluded.

Through the Services the Contractor gives the User the opportunity to:

  • Review information about the Contractor's services
  • Receive a free AI analysis of a Wildberries product card by article number — the report contains the card's score, clusters of complaints from reviews and a prioritized growth plan
  • Receive the report as a PDF file via the Telegram bot @TrustyAIasist_bot
  • Submit a request for a consultation, a cost calculation or the preparation of a commercial proposal
  • Receive reference and educational materials about promotion on marketplaces

The information on the Site is provided for information purposes and is not a public offer to provide services, except in the cases expressly stated. The terms, deadlines and cost of the services are agreed by the parties individually and recorded in the Contract.

3. Procedure for applying and for the provision of services

3.1. Submitting a request

The User submits a request through the forms on the Site, through the Telegram bot or via the contact channels indicated, providing their name, telephone number, Telegram username and (optionally) a description of the inquiry.

3.2. Free AI analysis of a product card

The Contractor carries out a free AI analysis of a public Wildberries product card for the article number specified by the User. The result is a PDF report with the card's score, complaint clusters and a growth plan. The service does not create an obligation for either party to conclude a Contract.

The current limit is up to 3 free reports per day per User. The Contractor has the right to change this limit without prior notice.

3.3. Concluding the Contract

If, following the free analysis, the parties decide to cooperate, an individual Contract is concluded between the Contractor and the Customer, recording the scope of work, the deadlines, the cost, the reporting procedure and other essential terms.

3.4. Cost of the services

The cost information given on the Site is indicative. The final cost is determined individually on the basis of the scope of work, the product category, the number of SKUs and other factors, and is recorded in the Contract.

4. Obligations of the parties

4.1. Obligations of the Contractor

  • To provide correct and up-to-date information about the services on the Site
  • To consider Users' requests and to make contact for a consultation within a reasonable time
  • To maintain the confidentiality of data received from Users, in accordance with the Policy on the processing of personal data
  • To use for the provision of the services only lawful methods that do not conflict with the rules of the marketplaces and the legislation of the Russian Federation

4.2. Obligations of the User

  • To provide accurate information when filling in the forms or interacting with the Telegram bot
  • To comply with the terms of this Agreement and of the Privacy Policy
  • Not to use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access to the systems of the Services
  • Not to use automated means for mass requests for free reports in circumvention of the established limits
  • Not to copy or reproduce the materials of the Site without the written consent of the Contractor, except for fair quotation

5. Liability and limitations

The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to keep the Services operational and the information posted accurate. However, the Contractor does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted operation of the Services 24/7 — planned and emergency downtime for maintenance is possible
  • Error-free operation of the third-party services with which the Services are integrated (Telegram, analytics systems, marketplace APIs)
  • That the Customer will achieve specific business results (positions, revenue, CTR, etc.) — specific KPIs are recorded only in the Contract
  • The correctness of the AI analysis in every individual case — the report is advisory in nature

The Contractor is not liable for:

  • The actions or inaction of marketplaces that affect promotion results
  • Changes to the ranking algorithms of marketplaces
  • Damage incurred by the User as a result of using the materials of the Site without a prior consultation
  • The content of third-party sites linked to from the Site
  • Failures in the operation of the Telegram messenger that affect the delivery of PDF reports

In all cases, the Contractor's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer under the concluded Contract for the period in which the breach occurred.

6. Confidentiality

The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Policy on the processing of personal data, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By submitting a request or otherwise providing their data, the User confirms their agreement with that Policy.

Commercial information received by the parties from each other in the course of the work (data on turnover, product range, strategy) is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the other party.

7. Intellectual property

All materials of the Site (texts, graphics, logos, design, code, video, icons, AI reports in PDF format) are objects of the intellectual property of the Contractor or are used with the permission of the rights holders. Any copying, distribution, adaptation or other use of the materials without the written consent of the Contractor is prohibited.

Quotation is permitted with a mandatory active link to trustyone.pro.

8. Dispute resolution

In the event of disputes, the parties undertake first of all to try to settle them through negotiations and by sending a claim. The period for responding to a claim is 30 calendar days from the moment it is received.

If the parties have been unable to settle the dispute through the claim procedure, the dispute is referred for consideration to the court at the Contractor's location, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice to Users. The current version of the Agreement is always available at trustyone.pro/ru/legal/terms. Changes enter into force from the moment of publication.

Continued use of the Services after changes have been made means that the User agrees to the new version of the Agreement.

10. Applicable law

The substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation applies to this Agreement and to the relations between the parties. All matters not governed by this Agreement are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
