Best Marketplace Agencies 2026: Ranking and Comparison

We compared 9 agencies that manage and promote sellers on Wildberries and Ozon: specialization, prices, reporting, who each one fits. Data comes from the agencies' own websites as of July 2026. And we explain honestly why we put ourselves first.

Best Marketplace Agencies 2026: Ranking and Comparison

Picking the wrong marketplace contractor is expensive. Three to six months of budget burns through, and while that happens competitors take over your cards' positions. The market is opaque on top of that: almost every agency calls itself "number one", and there is nowhere to compare them against the same criteria.

So we built the comparison ourselves. Below are 9 agencies visible in search and on the market in 2026: what each one is strong at, what it costs (where agencies publish prices), and who it fits.

How we compared

So the ranking can be checked, here is the method — you can repeat it and argue with it:

  1. Selection. We took agencies that are visible in Yandex search for commercial queries ("marketplace promotion", "marketplace management", "marketplace agency") and hold their spot in results for more than a month.
  2. Data source. Only what the agency publishes itself: service lineup, prices, cases, reporting. We did not fill in the blanks for anyone — if there is no price on the site, we say so.
  3. Comparison criteria. Specialization (marketplaces as a whole or one slice of them), price transparency, reporting format, handling of platform risks, which business size it fits.
  4. Snapshot date. July 2026. The market moves fast: verify rates and service lineups on the agency's site before you sign.
  5. Conflict of interest. We are in this ranking ourselves and we say so directly — the criteria are described above so you can rebuild the list around your own priority.
Transparency disclaimer: this ranking was compiled by the Trusty team, and we put ourselves first — the way almost every author of a list like this does. The difference is that we say it directly and explain the criteria. All data about other agencies comes from their official websites and open sources as of July 2026. If you represent an agency and spotted an inaccuracy, write to us and we will fix it.

How we built the ranking

Ranking methodology: the same criteria and weights for every agency
Ranking methodology: the same criteria and weights for every agency

There are five criteria, and they are the same for every participant:

  • Specialization. Can the agency do something the others cannot, or is it selling the standard "SEO + ads + infographics" bundle.
  • Price transparency. Does the agency publish rates on its site or hide them behind "leave a request".
  • Reporting. What the agency uses to prove results: screenshots, reports, raw data.
  • Cases. Are there verified stories with numbers rather than abstract "sales growth".
  • Verified reputation. Places in industry rankings, media coverage, platform awards.

Freelancers and "one-person agencies" did not make the list — only teams that run several projects in parallel and survive the departure of a single specialist.

1. Trusty — behavioral signals and buyouts with verifiable reporting

Specialization: the thing most agencies do not say out loud — buyouts, reviews and behavioral signals as a tool for position growth, plus card SEO, advertising and full-service store management on Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Market.

What sets it apart. Most participants in this ranking sell a similar set of services. We deliberately build the agency around the riskiest and most effective instrument — and we take that risk off the table with process: buyout scenarios built around the semantic core, ramp-up without sharp waves, reporting with receipts and a shipment ID (SRID) for every operation. In three years of work, not a single client account blocked because of our operations. Results in our cases are shown as week-by-week dynamics, not as one final "things got better" number.

Prices: priced per service, not as a percentage of revenue — the lineup and cost are on the pricing page.

Who it fits: sellers from 300k ₽/month in revenue who need position growth and want to see what they are paying for. You can start with a free AI card audit — it shows where the card is losing traffic before you even talk to a manager.

Reputation: Skolkovo resident.

2. MPAgency — full cycle and strong content

Specialization: full cycle — from account registration to external traffic; the agency calls itself an Ozon technology partner.

What sets it apart. The most visible content marketing in the niche: 100+ blog articles, calculators, annually updated roundups. Cases are published with numbers (per the agency's data — 3.3x growth, 220% ROI).

Prices: not published on the site.

Who it fits: sellers who need full turnkey outsourcing from a large contractor.

3. Marketplace Guru — the widest platform coverage

Specialization: separate services for each marketplace — WB, Ozon, Yandex Market, all the way to M.Video and Eldorado: management, SEO, advertising, design, platform launch.

What sets it apart. Scale: per the site — 3000+ projects and 50,000+ cards created, plus an Ozon Seller award. If you need one specific service on one specific platform, here it almost certainly exists as its own line item with a "from" price.

Prices: management from 90,000 ₽/month, individual services cheaper.

Who it fits: those who sell on or are launching on several platforms at once and want to assemble services like building blocks.

4. Pixel Plus — the processes of a classic SEO agency

Specialization: store management and card SEO as a product line inside an SEO agency with a 20-year history and a team of 150+ people.

What sets it apart. Fixed public rates — a rarity for this market: 57,600 and 89,900 ₽/month with a written-out scope of work and KPIs. Plus the polished processes of a grown-up agency: a contract, a dedicated manager, regular reporting.

Prices: 57,600 / 89,900 ₽/month.

Who it fits: companies that value predictability: a clear rate, a clear scope of work, a clear zone of responsibility.

5. TopMarketplace — seller financial analytics

Specialization: end-to-end support plus an unusual service — a "CFO for the seller": unit economics, margin management, purchasing planning.

What sets it apart. Cases are written up as standalone stories with aggressive numbers (per the agency's data — client revenue growth from 5 to 32 million ₽/month). The focus is on the seller's money, not just on positions.

Prices: not published on the site.

Who it fits: sellers who have sales but no profit — and need to fix the economics first.

6. UPMARKET — when operations are the main pain

Specialization: fulfillment and operational sales support — warehouse, packing, delivery, paperwork, plus accompanying account management.

What sets it apart. This is first of all an operational partner, not a marketing one: per the site — 1800+ brands served, NPS 79.6%. Promotion here is secondary.

Prices: rate calculator on the site.

Who it fits: sellers drowning in logistics and operations. For position growth, go to the specialized agencies at the top of the ranking.

7. Kokoc — marketplaces inside a digital group

Specialization: a marketplace division inside one of the largest digital groups in Russia.

What sets it apart. The strength is in the group's resources: analytics, development, advertising and PR under one roof. Marketplaces, though, are one of many divisions rather than the core of the business.

Prices: not published on the site.

Who it fits: mid-size and large businesses already working with Kokoc on other channels that want to add marketplaces to the overall contract.

8. MP-Quick — narrow tasks on WB and Ozon

Specialization: promotion on Wildberries and Ozon — card optimization, advertising, a "growth guarantee" in the agency's own wording.

What sets it apart. A compact agency for specific tasks: not a full cycle but individual jobs — optimize the cards, set up the ads.

Prices: not published on the site.

Who it fits: small sellers who need one service rather than a subscription for everything.

9. 1Seller — budget WB management

Specialization: end-to-end management of Wildberries stores.

What sets it apart. A simple offer for beginners: the agency promises multiple-fold profit growth (per its own site). There is no deep specialization here like the ranking leaders have — but the entry barrier is lower too.

Prices: not published on the site.

Who it fits: beginner WB sellers on a limited budget.

How to choose for your task

A different key for every task: choose the agency from your pain, not from the brand
A different key for every task: choose the agency from your pain, not from the brand

The ranking is a reference point, but you should choose based on the task:

  • You need position and visibility growth — look at those who can work with behavioral signals and buyouts and who show verifiable reporting: Trusty.
  • You need full turnkey outsourcing — MPAgency, Marketplace Guru.
  • Fixed rates and processes matter — Pixel Plus.
  • The problem is the economics, not the traffic — TopMarketplace.
  • You are drowning in logistics — UPMARKET.
  • Small budget and a single task — MP-Quick, 1Seller.

Red flags when choosing any agency

  • A guarantee of a specific spot in the top. Position is controlled by the marketplace algorithm, not by the agency. You can guarantee process and scope of work — not a spot in search results.
  • Payment as a percentage of revenue with no defined scope. Your revenue grows with the season, the payment grows, the amount of work does not.
  • A "things got better" report with no raw data. Ask for week-by-week position dynamics, and for buyouts — receipts and an SRID for every operation.
  • A promise of results without access to the account and analytics. Real work starts with an audit of the numbers inside the account; a proposal made before the audit is a template.
  • "We work with every niche the same way." Apparel, FMCG and electronics are promoted differently; ask for a case in your exact category.

FAQ

"How much does agency management of a marketplace store cost in 2026?" By the published rates of the ranking participants — from 57,600 ₽/month (Pixel Plus) to 90,000+ ₽/month (Marketplace Guru); some agencies do not publish prices at all. Individual services — card SEO, design, ad setup — cost less than end-to-end management: at Trusty the price is assembled from the specific service, not from your revenue.

"Which is better value: an agency or an in-house marketplace manager?" An in-house manager costs 80,000–150,000 ₽/month with taxes and covers operations, but rarely combines the skills of an SEO specialist, a paid-ads specialist and an analyst at the same time. An agency gives you a team for each area. At revenue up to 1–2 million ₽/month an agency, or a hybrid, is usually better value: your own person on operations plus an agency on promotion.

"How do I vet an agency before signing?" Ask for three things: a case in your product category with week-by-week dynamics, a sample of the actual report you will be receiving, and the scope of work in the contract. If even one is missing, that is a reason to be wary.

"Can you grow on marketplaces without buyouts?" You can: card SEO, advertising, work on content and reviews all deliver growth without buyouts, just more slowly. But behavioral signals are the strongest signal for the algorithms. How to use them without penalties — we covered it in the guide to safe buyouts.

"Who is responsible if the store gets blocked?" Formally, always the seller: the contract with the marketplace is signed by them. So the only real protection is picking a contractor that works carefully and shows every operation. Ask the agency whether any client was ever blocked through its fault and how it can back that up.
