The ranking was put together by the Trusty editorial team in July 2026. The rules are simple, and you can check them yourself:
- Verifiable companies only. The list includes operators with a working official website; facts and prices are taken from the companies' own sites with the wording "according to the site". Dead domains and firms that exist only in directories did not make the ranking.
- How places are ordered. Operators with a full FBS cycle (daily picking and dispatch), published rates and their own infrastructure in the city rank higher; federal networks appear on equal terms with local ones.

Ranking of fulfillment operators in Chelyabinsk
Where to dispatch: warehouses and drop-off points in Chelyabinsk
The city's main facility is the Wildberries sorting center at 88A Kopeyskoye Shosse. It accepts FBS shipments around the clock, and since July 2025 the platform has also allowed oversized goods to be brought there under the "Marketplace" (FBS) model — which spares sellers of oversized goods a trip to another region. Elsewhere in the oblast there is an FBS drop-off point at Buranaya station.
Ozon has no fulfillment center of its own in Chelyabinsk Oblast as of July 2026: the region does not appear in the platform's consolidated warehouse lists. FBO inbound shipments go through drop-off points in the city (according to directories, 2-ya Shagolskaya St, 29/1 and Geroyev Tankograda St, 29P, accepting goods in the second half of the day), while the goods themselves travel on to a warehouse in a neighboring region.

The leg to FBO warehouses: 205 kilometers to Yekaterinburg
The main direction for a Chelyabinsk seller is Yekaterinburg, 205 km, roughly 2 hours on the road. Both the Wildberries warehouses and the Ozon fulfillment center are there, so a truck turns around within a day and the driver does not need an overnight stop. That is a rare setup for the regions: a short leg to a full fulfillment center of both platforms.

What is changing in Chelyabinsk Oblast
The region is closing its warehouse gap from two sides at once. Wildberries is building a logistics complex in Sosnovsky District: under a 2024 agreement, more than 9 billion ₽ and around 170 thousand m², with the design area later stated as 175 thousand m² and delivery due by 2027. In 2026 Ozon announced that in the second half of the year it plans to open warehouses in several regions, Chelyabinsk Oblast among them.

- Cycle speed. Daily picking is critical for FBS: ask for the cut-off time for orders to go out "same day" and what happens at weekends.
- Full cost per unit. Add up inbound acceptance, storage, packing, labeling and dispatch for your own goods — comparing operators by a single "from X ₽" line is pointless.
- Liability. A contract with financial liability for the goods, photo or video records of inbound acceptance, and a clear procedure for disputes over shortages.
- Test batch. Start with a small volume and use it to check picking times, the error rate and reporting — before you move your entire stock.
