- Verifiable companies only. The list includes operators with a working official website; facts and prices are taken from the companies' own sites with the wording "according to the site". Dead domains and firms that exist only in directories did not make the ranking.
- How places are ordered. Operators with a full FBS cycle (daily picking and dispatch), published rates and their own infrastructure in the city rank higher; federal networks appear on equal terms with local ones.
- No conflict of interest. Trusty is a marketplace promotion agency, we do not do fulfillment ourselves and we sell none of the companies on the list. Spotted an inaccuracy? Write to us through the form on the site and we will fix it.
Operator rates change fast: check prices on the company's own site before signing anything, and read the "from X ₽" format as the lower bound for the simplest operation.

Where to dispatch: warehouses and drop-off points in Omsk
Omsk is a rare case among million-plus cities: both platforms are covered locally, so there is no obligation to haul FBO shipments to another region.
- Wildberries — the distribution center at Razdolnaya St, 1 bldg 3: it takes both FBO inbound shipments and FBS shipments, and works around the clock. Elsewhere in the oblast, FBS drop-off is available in Tara, Kalachinsk, Tavricheskoye and Krutinka.
- Ozon — the fulfillment center at Ayvazovskogo St, 33 in the Solnechny logistics park: 69.4 thousand m², the first orders shipped on 9 September 2024, and investment in the project topped 4 billion ₽. Next door, at Ayvazovskogo St, 31, there is a sorting center.
The launch of the Ozon fulfillment center cut delivery within the region to a single day — which feeds straight into the product card's positions in local search results (delivery speed as a ranking factor).
The leg to FBO warehouses: everything is on the doorstep
The local facilities of both platforms are inside the city limits, so a typical Omsk seller never leaves the city. The backup direction for peak seasons and limit restrictions is Novosibirsk, 642 km along the R-254 "Irtysh" highway: about six hours of actual driving, with a one-way run fitting inside a day. When the limits at the local warehouse are closed, it is easier to send the shipment in transit than to run your own truck (shipment slots and limits).
What is changing in Omsk Oblast
Wildberries is building a new distribution center outside Omsk, in the Makosh agro-park by the Southern Bypass: a 116 thousand m² building, with a first phase of 56 thousand m² and 20 million storage units, 7.5 billion ₽ of investment and around 5 thousand jobs. The project has slipped three times — from 2024 to the end of 2025, then to the end of June 2026; the region blamed the delay on utility connection issues. Once it opens, inbound acceptance capacity in the city will grow several times over.
How to choose an operator for FBS
- Cycle speed. Daily picking is critical for FBS: ask for the cut-off time for orders to go out "same day" and what happens at weekends.
- Full cost per unit. Add up inbound acceptance, storage, packing, labeling and dispatch for your own goods — comparing operators by a single "from X ₽" line is pointless.
- Liability. A contract with financial liability for the goods, photo or video records of inbound acceptance, and a clear procedure for disputes over shortages.
- Test batch. Start with a small volume and use it to check picking times, the error rate and reporting — before you move your entire stock.
