Fulfillment in Saint Petersburg: FBS operator ranking

Verified fulfillment operators for the FBS model in Saint Petersburg: 10 companies with working warehouses, FBO/FBS formats, rates as published on their websites and rules for choosing. Snapshot: July 2026.

Who does fulfillment in Saint Petersburg: 10 operators with working warehouses and verifiable websites. Saint Petersburg is the second most saturated market in the country: it runs from a 12,000-square-meter site in Shushary to operators charging a flat rate per delivery. Below is the ranking with operating formats, rates as published on company websites and rules for choosing.

A fulfillment operator takes over the day-to-day operations of the FBS model: it stores the goods, picks orders, applies labels and hands shipments over to the marketplace, while the seller manages cards and prices. How the model works end to end is covered in the guide how to work under FBS.

How the ranking was compiled

The ranking was compiled by the Trusty editorial team in July 2026. The rules are simple and can be double-checked:

  • Verifiable companies only. The list includes operators with a working official website; facts and prices are taken from company websites with the wording "as stated on the website". Dead domains and firms that exist only in directories did not make the ranking.
  • How places are ordered. Operators with a full FBS cycle (daily picking and outbound shipment), published rates and their own infrastructure in the city rank higher; federal networks appear in the list on equal terms with local ones.
  • No conflict of interest. Trusty is a marketplace promotion agency: we do not provide fulfillment and we do not resell any company on this list. Spotted an inaccuracy? Write to us through the form on the site and we will fix it.

Operator rates change fast: check prices on the company website before you sign, and read the "from X ₽" format as the floor price for the simplest operation.

How to choose an operator for FBS

  • Cycle speed. Daily picking is critical for FBS: ask what the cut-off time is for an order to ship the same day, and what happens at weekends.
  • Full cost per unit. Add up inbound acceptance, storage, packaging, labeling and outbound shipment for your own product — comparing operators by a single "from X ₽" line is pointless.
  • Liability. A contract with financial liability for the goods, photo or video records of inbound acceptance, and a clear dispute procedure for shortages.
  • Test batch. Start with a small volume and use it to check picking times, error rate and reporting — before you move your entire stock.

How the model itself works is covered in the guide how to work under FBS, the differences between models are in FBO vs FBS vs rFBS, and the outsourcing model is explained in what fulfillment is.

Rankings for nearby cities: Moscow, Novosibirsk. All million-plus cities are covered in the FBS overview guide.

FAQ

"How much does fulfillment in Saint Petersburg cost?" There is no single price tag: operators charge per item, and inbound acceptance, inspection, packaging, labeling, storage and outbound shipment are billed separately. The published rates in this ranking start at a few roubles per operation, but only a full-cycle calculation on your own product gives you the real number.

"Can you run FBS without your own warehouse in Saint Petersburg?" Yes — that is the core fulfillment scenario: the operator's warehouse becomes your FBS warehouse, stock and picking sit on their side, while the seller account and prices stay with you. More detail in what fulfillment is.

"How do you vet an operator before signing?" Visit the warehouse or ask for video, check the contract for financial liability, hand over a test batch and compare actual picking times against the promised ones. Lock the website prices into the contract — the "from X ₽" format has a habit of growing during negotiations.
