How this ranking was compiled
The ranking was put together by the Trusty editorial team in July 2026. The rules are simple, and you can check them yourself:
- Verifiable companies only. The list includes operators with a working official website; facts and prices are taken from the companies' own sites with the wording "according to the site". Dead domains and firms that exist only in directories did not make the ranking.
- How places are ordered. Operators with a full FBS cycle (daily picking and dispatch), published rates and their own infrastructure in the city rank higher; federal networks appear on equal terms with local ones.
- No conflict of interest. Trusty is a marketplace promotion agency, we do not do fulfillment ourselves and we sell none of the companies on the list. Spotted an inaccuracy? Write to us through the form on the site and we will fix it.
Operator rates change fast: check prices on the company's own site before signing anything, and read the "from X ₽" format as the lower bound for the simplest operation.

Where to dispatch: warehouses and drop-off points in Ufa
Wildberries runs two facilities in the city: the sorting center at Mokrousovskaya St, 8G and the "Ufa 2" warehouse in Zubovo (Elektrozavodskaya St, 2A), which takes both FBS shipments and FBW inbound shipments. Both are listed as operating around the clock.
Ozon's fulfillment center is formally named "Ufa", but physically it stands in Blagoveshchensk, roughly 49 km from the city. It is the platform's 40th fulfillment center: 60 thousand m², the first orders shipped on 5 November 2024, and a stated capacity of up to 660 thousand orders a day. For a Ufa seller that is a leg within the agglomeration: leave in the morning, hand the goods over the same day.

The leg to FBO warehouses: where goods actually go from Ufa
- Ozon — Blagoveshchensk, ~49 km. The nearest fulfillment center; a dedicated truck for it is usually unnecessary.
- Kazan — 529 km by road, about 8 hours on the move. The standard westward direction; the Ozon fulfillment center sits further out still, in Zelenodolsk.
- Yekaterinburg — 563 km, again roughly 8 hours. The second working leg, heading east.

What is changing in Bashkortostan
At SPIEF-2024 the republic and Wildberries signed an agreement to build a distribution center outside Ufa: 220 thousand m², 12 billion ₽ of investment and around 10 thousand jobs were announced. The exact site and launch dates have not been made public — until that facility opens, FBW shipments from Ufa sellers travel to Kazan and Yekaterinburg.
How to choose an operator for FBS
- Cycle speed. Daily picking is critical for FBS: ask for the cut-off time for orders to go out "same day" and what happens at weekends.
- Full cost per unit. Add up inbound acceptance, storage, packing, labeling and dispatch for your own goods — comparing operators by a single "from X ₽" line is pointless.
- Liability. A contract with financial liability for the goods, photo or video records of inbound acceptance, and a clear procedure for disputes over shortages.
- Test batch. Start with a small volume and use it to check picking times, the error rate and reporting — before you move your entire stock.

The public rates in this ranking start at single-digit rubles per operation, but only a full-cycle calculation on your own goods gives you the real figure.

Visit the warehouse or ask for video, check that the contract carries financial liability, hand over a test batch and compare the actual picking times with the promised ones.
