What Ozon logistics is made of

  • Delivery to the buyer - the main line: moving the order from the warehouse to a pickup point or by courier.   • Line haul between clusters - if the order travels in from a foreign cluster, logistics gets more expensive; this is governed by the localization index.

FBO and FBS are charged differently

Under FBO your goods sit in an Ozon warehouse: you pay for delivery to the buyer, storage and processing.   1. Measure the packaging, not the product. Volumetric weight is calculated from the box - every extra centimeter of packaging is paid for on every order.

  3. Budget for reverse logistics. Multiply your category's share of unbought orders and returns by the cost of the return trip - this is a recurring expense, not force majeure.
