The official removal from a WB warehouse: how it works and where it breaks
The standard route is a return request in the WB Partners account: you pick the warehouse and the volume, the marketplace assembles the pallets, and you collect them yourself or through a carrier. In calm periods the process takes from one to several weeks, depending on the warehouse and the queue.
The weak spots surface at peak: the request queue grows, deadlines slip, and at individual warehouses requests are restricted or paused. Sellers in chats note that in the summer of 2026 return requests at a number of warehouses are processed with long delays and a removal stretches out over weeks — with the goods unavailable the whole time.
Removal through ordinary orders: the mechanics
The alternative that does not depend on the request queue: the goods are bought out as ordinary customer orders. We order your goods from accounts with years of history to the pickup points you name — and from there, two scenarios. First, collection: our couriers take the batch from the pickup point, or we plug your couriers into our collection system. Second, refusal: we refuse the order at the pickup point and the goods travel on to a sorting centre, which is how FBO stock is redistributed.
Timelines: a project launches within 6 hours of sign-off, and it takes about a week on average to bring the goods all the way to collection. Capacity is up to 30,000 orders a day with delivery to any city; at peak we run 1,200+ pickup points at once.
How much it costs to get goods out of a Wildberries warehouse
An official return is billed at the marketplace’s reverse-logistics rates plus your own transport from the warehouse. Removal through orders with us costs at cost — 130 ₽ per order including pickup: 80 ₽ for the order plus 50 ₽ for the pickup. We work on post-payment: no cash has to be frozen in the buyout — you pay once the goods reach the pickup point and are collected.
Why at cost: we grow the ordering accounts for more than 3 years (one costs around 2,200 ₽), and after removal projects their purchase history breaks, so the accounts are written off. In normal times this infrastructure works on promotion; right now we are putting it into moving goods out, with no markup.
Which route to choose
If the deadline is not burning and the warehouse is accepting requests, the official return is cheaper on large volumes of oversized goods. If you need speed, requests are not being processed, or the goods sit in warehouses where you no longer want them, removal through orders gives you control: you choose the cities, the pickup points and the pace, and you get a receipt for every order.
